You can have the personal information threndle.ai holds about you deleted. This page says exactly how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

1. How to request deletion

Email hello@threndle.ai with the subject line "Delete my data" from the email address you used with us. That is the whole process. If you are writing from a different address, tell us which address you used so we can find the record, and we may ask one question to confirm it is really you.

2. What we delete

  • Your contact record in our CRM (HubSpot): name, email, phone, business details, and everything you entered in the diagnostic form.
  • Any short-lived processing records tied to your submission (held briefly for reliability and consent tracking).
  • Email correspondence with you, where we are not legally required to keep it.

Two things can survive a deletion request, and we will tell you if either applies: records Canadian law requires us to keep (invoices and tax records, kept 7 years), and a minimal do-not-contact record so we keep honouring your request. Anonymous website analytics contain nothing that identifies you, so there is nothing there to delete.

3. How long it takes

We confirm receipt, delete within 30 days, and send you a confirmation when it is done. 30 days is the outer limit under PIPEDA; in practice it is usually days, because we are a small business and your request goes to a person.

4. If you connected through a social platform

If your data reached us through a social platform integration (for example Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok), the same email address works: hello@threndle.ai, subject "Delete my data", and mention the platform. You can also revoke the connection on the platform side at any time in that platform's app or account settings, which stops any further data reaching us.
